Welcome to the Grind
Our core class, The Grind, is focused on providing real results through hard work. In our 60-minute group fitness class, you'll learn fundamental boxing techniques through high-volume repetition with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Throughout the workout, our coaches will help motivate and guide individuals on boxing combinations, defense, and footwork. Each session ends with an intense conditioning circuit to help improve your physical performance. Classes are structured in timed boxing rounds, challenging you to push yourself further each time. Our group boxing session format is the same for our morning, noon, and afternoon classes: Breakfast Club, Lunch Break, and The Grind.
