Muay Thai kickboxing utilizes a variety of striking techniques using hands, feet, elbows, and knees. At LBC, we incorporate a training regimen of footwork, movement, balance, throwing, clinching, and overall fitness to maximize its effectiveness. Our group classes are suitable for people of all levels, whether they are beginners or advanced.

Our classes will comprise warm-up exercises, instruction and practice of techniques, pad work, and cool-downs. Our workouts place significant emphasis on proper form, execution, conditioning, and ring strategy. It is an energizing and highly effective workout that not only tones your body but also helps to improve your conditioning while reducing stress.
